Name changed for obvious reasons. My ex husband was circumcised and at the time i loved this and thought cleaner etc.

New DP is fully intact and not sure what's normal as bit of a wall flower. When erect his foreskin still mostly covers the head. It pulls back easily just not on its own. It doesnt seem sore at all.

How normal is this ? Do you pull back foreskin before sex or oral sex ? Should the head come out on its own ?

I know theres lots of normals but collective experience appreciated here

Going back to original question. Does your / your OH foreskin come completely back when erect ? If not do you deliberately pull it back for sex?

My OH doesn't fully go back on it's own when erect and pulls back slightly but not too far as causes discomfort

Not on its own no. No, it naturally gets pulled back during sex, no need to manually do it. Him having a foreskin also means not only is his penis more sensitive, there isn’t as much of a need for lube. I’m however circumcised, I have always found it difficult to orgasm and it can take quite a while if just having penis stimulation. I have found the same to be true when with other guys who are circumcised.

My DH has a long foreskin. Even when erect it fully covers the head of his penis.

It stays covered for hand/blow jobs as he finds it uncomfortable (not painful, just weird) to pull back. Although he does to clean it.

But during sex it does come back itself and he doesn't notice. Until it's time to pull out again as then he's sheepish it's going to touch my pubes or the bed.

Guess it means the head is very sensitive. Which I say must be a good thing.

He's never had an infection or issue so even though sometimes he gets down about the long foreskin and wonders if he oug ht to ask a Dr I think he'd regret it like a PP says her DH does.

Uncut man here, when fully erect the foreskin is still 3/4 covering the glans. Slightest of touches and it will retract though. Handjobs are easy as the foreskin does the work, BJs can be tricky. Some partners have rolled the foreskin and sucked hard as they were used to cut men which is way too intense for me as the glans are so sensitive.

No it doesn't automatically retract, like something on Tracy Island ....

It slides back a little bit and then if you stride it back v lightly it quickly slips off itself.

He seems to like it when the head is exposed.

Rolling it back manually for sex isn't necessary as it naturally slides up and down when inside.

No moral comment on circumcision but personally love the natural item and can't understand why anyone wouldn't appreciate the essential functions and beauty of the foreskin. But that's just my feeling.
