Now I am a certain age, condoms desensitise me so much BJs are a bit meh. I thought may be lubricant inside the condom might help. Basically, has anyone any suggestions about how to improve it?

Flavoured lube and tell her just before you think you are going to finish to avoid the pre cum/semen issue?

I know you are meant to use a condom for oral unless you 100% know the person is free from STIs but honestly I cannot imagine ever giving one over a condom.
