"Christmas Sex"

My husband and I have a thing. Got invented years ago and it's kind of stuck as a tradition.

Basically we have sex by the Christmas tree and drink Baileys 😂 Once the tree is up I'm (light heartedly) pestered for the Christmas Sex.

Always makes us wonder if others do the same?

Our Christmas tree is in the conservatory - it's bloody freezing in there!

Nope - by the time the tree and decorations are up, we're barely speaking.

I'm genuinely pleased you have this tradition Mary, we have one very similar!! I was starting to think I was in a very rare marriage where we can light heartedly pester for sex without anyone getting offended.

Yep, we do this to. Not necessarily the day the tree goes up, but at some point during christmas. No baileys tho!

Delta - no ours isn't of the day it's gone up.

But it's when the "let have Christmas sex later" pestering begins.

Downfall this weekend was we don't have Bailey's. So wasn't the full experience. Generally we fall about laughing as one of us will whisper "let's stop for some Bailey's" then we cheers, Bailey's, sip dramatically and laugh some more. It's a fun time.

I didn't want to type "pester" as worried people would jump to the wrong conclusion.

My husband and I always pester each other. (Him more than me) but 100% respect each other so it's always light hearted.

But they're by the side of us.

It's literally the only sex of the year involving food/drink (I'm not one for mess) so we actually stop for a moment for some Bailey's a few times.

It's very silly and funny and part of the tradition.

Back to Mary now.

It sounds like great fun and a very worthwhile tradition. I may take it up ! I quite like Baileys.
