Anyone used the Evie app and gadget for kegel exercises? I'm thinking of buying it but at over £150 it's a big investment! TIA

And I'm pretty rubbish at kegels, there's just no measurable progress and I thought this might provide this and make it fun and motivating.

It's just a big investment if it's a bit faddy.

I have one. I bought it because I felt a bit 'baggy' down there after dd1 came out. I didn't use it much and wish I hadn't have bothered. I found the coordination needed too much. I could squeeze etc but it's like a video game and following patterns, making a dot on the phone screen hit a target was too much to think about. I'm was never good at computer games
After dd2 I was referred to a physio of women's health and she gave me an electric thingy. It was a non branded kegel 8 type machine. I found it great. I'm currently saving up to buy a kegel 8 for myself.
If you talk to your dr they might refer you to a physio, my first appointment was just over a week after the dr referred me.

You can rent the kegal 8 once from boots.
