Sore bits and chin burn...

How to treat after a 48 passion binge? Does anyone have ideas?

Hydrocortisone cream for the chin would probably help - the chemist won;t sell it to you if you say it's for face or genitals - it's for the eczema on your leg, remember?

Nappy cream for the bits - bepanthen, metanium, zinc & castor oil type stuff. Not sudocrem - too thick & clarty
