Tantric sex?

I've name changed but am a regular poster.

After watching First Dates last night where there was a couple on there talking about their liking of Tantric Sex, my dp and I started talking about it and established it is something we would both like to try.

I've been looking it up on google but don't fully understand how to do it?

I know it's about connecting and breathing and being slow but not sure where to start.

Has anyone tried this? Do you have any tips on how to get started and did it enhance your sex life?

I struggle to orgasm through penetration so am looking to try something which might enhance my likelihood of this and also to feel really close to my dp.

Thank you.

For me slow means a bigger orgasm. I have been trying to get my new partner to do this but tbh he struggles and we haven’t mastered it yet but I have done it with past partners and it has been amazing.

Tantric is such a wonderful way of relating to another human being. Find a good tantric teacher, and treasure them.

I also struggle to orgasm through penetration. My ex lover was keen to try tantric sex, but neither of us really had a clue what it was about. I ended up sitting astride him, looking into his eyes, with him inside me and his hand on my neck. Every time I started grinding or broke eye contact, he demanded I still myself and look at him. The sensations were incredible, so intense and like nothing I'd experienced before. It was like bliss and agony at the same time. It amazed me that just having his cock inside me, without him moving it at all could make me so orgasmic.

Tantric sex is more like a meditation than a sexual adventure. It has become more popular with 18 - 25 year olds recently. It is part of a spiritual journey. A practice that includes meditations of awareness and consciousness.
Tantric sex does not always include PIV sex, it is more to do with reaching the being-ness of your loved one. Reaching deeply into their inner being through intimate means. It is extremely sensual and the use of all the senses are used when discovering each other. This discovering of each other brings about deep intimate feelings that will lead to sexual fulfilment. Sessions can last from 2 hours to 2 days, depending on the experience of those involved.

My advice to anyone interested in learning tantric sex is to proceed with extreme caution.

Many people claim to be tantric masters, tantric gurus, etc but many if not most of them are criminals or sexual predators.

It may be that there are some decent, skilled, non-predatory tantric educators out there but hey are few and far between

If you really are determined to learn about tantric sex then just make sure that you research the teacher very, very carefully first on various cult awareness websites.
