I had my dd 9 months ago and sex has been very very sporadic since then because I Cosleep with her at the moment- we are probably talking 5 times ish. This is my first baby and i was lucky to have a very straightfoward delivery. However, sex has not been good at all since. Penetration feels really achey and sore (worse if im on top) and my orgasms arent intense at all and feel really short and Kind of mechanical (Sorry really hard to explain!) What I want to know is whether this is normal, will It get better Or do I need to See A dr? Im only 30 and really dont want crap sex from now on!!!

Sorry no advice but sympathy as I feel pretty much exactly the same. I'd be interested to know if there's a solution!

Probably still recovering although does seem a long time compared with people I know, but have read on here of other women that take longer. Is your partner still in the same bed with you? Would suggest you stop the cosleeping as unless there is a reason, baby should be in their own room now and perhaps you can spend more time relaxed and cuddling up to your partner which may help without the pressure of sex. Does sound like you may be a little tense

If the same in 3 months I would visit the Drs

Good luck
