I had sex with my partner 3 days ago. Then today I was 3 and a half hours late taking my mini pill (the limit is 3 hours) . We then had sex this evening using a condom. My periods haven’t returned since I had my baby 2 years ago and I’m still breastfeeding. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

Yes.

You could ovulate for the first time this month and that could have been 14 days or so ago. Breastfeeding is no guarantee of 'infertility'.

I think you should get the morning after pill asap.

You will be covered for the sex 3 days ago. Tonight's sex wouldn't be covered by the pill but would be by the condom. You shouldn't rely on the pill again until 48h after you took the late one. Ie as you take the 3rd pill.
You may want to ask your GP about moving to the more modern mini pill called Cerelle/Cerazette which gives you a 12h leeway. I would imagine your periods haven't returned possibly due to mini pill rather than breast feeding if baby is aged 2.

Ok thanks it was mainly the sex 3 days ago I was worried about. I’ve looked online but I’ve only found info regarding protection after a missed/ late pill, nothing about if you had sex a few days before.
