... cause pelvic (not vaginal) pain after the event, even if the sex itself didn't hurt? I had some very 'enthusiastic' shagging last night and am getting steadily worse cramps
I do also have a history of endo but sex itself isn't painful

Is the pain cramps or a pulled muscle in your abdomen perhaps?

I sometimes experience this - and nine times out of ten, my period arrives that night. It has something to do with oxytocin levels after an orgasm, apparently.

IncidentalAnarchist · 13/04/2017 18:49

It's cramping pains
I already had my period 😳 Tail end of it though. It's happened with this lover before though and sometimes without orgasm

When you have penetrative sex does your cervix get poked a bit?

That usually makes me cramp a little.

lizzieoak · 14/04/2017 02:56

Oh, I wondered if the period soon after sex was a weird coincidence! Thanks for the information.

underitoveritthroughit · 14/04/2017 13:48

I don't get regular periods because of my method of contraception but I often get cramps followed by a mini period after sex, especially if it's been a bit vigorous Grin

Thought it was just me.

i sometimes get a bit crampy the day after sex and am tender down there. I assume its normal as I havent ad any other problems from it.

winkywinkybumbum · 14/04/2017 16:39

This is how my endo presents in one way.

PollytheDolly · 14/04/2017 17:41

Yes. My kidneys have been rearranged. Well that's what I feels like. Be gone by tomorrow, wouldn't worry.

IncidentalAnarchist · 14/04/2017 21:47

I don't know. It's still crampy...
