Durex rabbit vibe - any good?

I'm thinking of upgrading my basic vibe I got from Boots to a Durex rabbit (they call it Extreme Thrill - but is it?).
This one www.durex.co.uk/en-gb/sex-toys/p/durex-extreme-thrill-rabbit-vibrator
They have 20% off at the moment - but at £72 it is a big investment for me.
I have had fancy vibes in the past but the complicated controls and buttons really annoy me and DH - especially the aspect of simply switching it off (we have a Swoon one at the mo and it is very difficult to switch off - puts me off using it).
Second question - is about the dual stimulation - are rabbit vibe orgasms really different and better?
Does anyone have this one and recommend it?
I like the idea of the Durex brand rather than a hen party novelty thing.
Thanks for any advice.
One other thing - does anyone know of a shop that sells them rather than durex.co.uk?

Why don't you have a look at Lovehoney instead? Infinite choice there at all sorts of price ranges and explanatory videos. Really recommend them.

Thanks Roly.
I have looked at LH - those under £100 either look "novelty" quality or have big control pads with lots of buttons, or have multi-thruster-wobble functions or look too big.The Durex one looks solid, sensible quality (but I'm only judging by website picks and details - hence asking for real feedback). Do you recommend a particular LH rabbit? LH have some that look good - but £130+ is expensive.

£130 is a lot of money for a toy!

I don't have a particular recommendation, but since you mentioned "novelty", do you mean garish colours etc? That just seems to be the norm for toys (not that I'm an expert, although I have a few Grin) and doesn't mean that it's poor quality.

If size is an issue - and it is for me - I know Lovehoney sell slimline vibes and rabbits. It's also worth reading the customer reviews because I found them really useful.

Do you favour vaginal stimulation or clitoral? Or both?

The trouble is with rabbits is they are designed to give both at the same time, but I've never had one which lived up to that. Possibly my clit is in an unusual position or something. But when the main shaft is in, the rabbit ears are nowhere near my clit and trying to bend it round causes vaginal pain.

Nowadays I use a reasonably sized dildo (about 5ins) vaginally and use a Love Honey rechargeable magic wand on my clit. It's only got two buttons. The main button cycles through all the patterns but I usually leave it on number 3 which is fast, continuous pressure.

I can't orgasm without clitoral stimulation, you may be different.

Thanks NotTheFordType.
I think you get my concern - looking at the Durex one it looks like the G spot rubbing bit is too far in and the ears are rather low and will only touch the outside of my vagina rather than full on clit.
I'm definitely need clit stimulation to climax but I get what you mean about using a dildo - I get a more intense orgasm when it happens if I also have a "full" feeling in my vagina - particularly the first 2 inches in - hence my interest in a rabbit. I have previously used 2 vibes - one in and one clit with powerful results - I have decided not to get the rabbit - I have ordered the Durex bullet and the full size single wand (penis sized) one - hopefully better than a joined pair of the wrong shape and size. Does anyone else use 2 at once or are we odd?

If you have a look at the Oh Joy Sex Toy web comic, we're certainly not alone!

IneedmoreLemonPledge · 02/02/2017 14:28

No not odd. I use my rabbit turned backwards, internally and then my womaniser or Wand on the clitoris.

The rabbit ears on mine are rubbish, just not intense (it's a cheap version).

I think I might treat myself to a jelly like plain dildo though.
