What kind of packaging do they use?

I don't care about the postman, but with teenagers in the house, I really wouldn't want anything delivered with the name emblazoned on the side (or printed discreetly).

It comes saying "LH Trading" on the side in small letters

It's just a standard beige/brown box. No advertising or identifying features. They're very professional!

It's a plain brown box and return address is LH Trading I think. Used them a few times - there's no way of knowing what's inside from the packaging.

Oh how odd - mine was just a plain box with no writing on! I think I specified mine as a gift so perhaps that's why?

Lovehoney offer excellent customer services and will always return items if required and the packaging is very discrete.

I couldnt care less what the postman thinks so don't worry about it.

No, the postie isn't a concern - a19 yr old, 16yr old and 11 yr old are though!

OP they sell certain items on Amazon, so you could get delivery to an Amazon locker if you're worried about sons figuring it out.

We just received a box direct from them yesterday and it had absolutely no name what-so-ever, not even the LH Trading thing. It did have a return address, just number, street, etc, in the world's smallest type. In fact it looked utterly dull on the outside...perfect!

The LH Trading is in small print on the address label, not on the box itself.
I'm a big fan of Lovehoney.

Completely plain brown box for me too. I was actually surprised at just how discreet it was.

I have very recently ( last week). It came out on my bank statement as LH trading so I was curious to see if it was mentioned on the packaging but it's completely inconspicuous. Doesn't mention anything at all. Has a very generic return address (no company names) very plain brown packaging. You'd have no idea what is inside.

The packaging is very discrete. I've ordered from them twice and the first had LH trading in small print but the second time it didn't have LH trading but just a return address that didn't give it away! 😃
