Suddenly constantly aroused - slightly concerned

I'm not a new user but have name changed for this.

I'm 42 and for the past 4 days or so have been constantly aroused. At the risk of TMI, I'm wet and aching literally from first thing in the morning to last thing at night and am thinking about sex the entire time. Poor DH doesn't know what's hit him and is slightly perplexed. Usually I am a slightly reluctant once-a-weeker.

I'm slightly concerned that this is the start of PGAD (having consulted Dr Google). Please tell me it might just be a passing phase. I'm finding it hard to concentrate at the moment.

I'd not worry about labelling yourself with some disorder. There's a label for everything these days, but most oddities are fleeting and need not be worried about. Definitely work on the big O though, it would probably help.

I think I may purchase myself a vibrator of some description and just make the most of it for a while and see what happens. Any recommendations gratefully received.

I'm 35 and have been like it for the past year, didn't realise it was a thing , I feel sorry for my dp at times as he is older than me and struggles to keep up ( once is enough for him but I'm ready to go again and again ). A year ago my sex drive was rubbish, wasn't bothered about sex at all but now I get grumpy if I go a day without it.
