Soo I've just been informed by my local clinic that I have infact contracted chlamydia... How could this be.. I've been with one man for two years?? There's only one answer he's been cheating!!! The lying dirty scumbag..... I cant believe I put my trust in this man...he's been accusing me of everything under the sum for the last few months... And we'll Oh well look who's been caught.. If it's not even been made worse by the fact I've got a history of pelvic inflammatory disease... Caused by a previous cheating partner...what is it with men... I wanna leave this man... Only problem is he's my boss.. I don't want it to effect work.. Help x

It doesn't necessarily mean he's been cheating. Chlamydia can lie dorment for up to 20 years. He could have had it years and only now it's manifested itself. That's the terrifying thing about Chlamydia. It has no symptoms, and often stays hidden.
Have they given you something to get rid of it. Eg Anti-Biotics.
I think the only way to move forward is to speak to your DP.

Did you both get a clean bill of health before you started having unprotected sex? Or are you just assuming neither of you had anything. Sorry, not clear from your OP.

You should leave him for accusing you of everything under the sun for months. Worrying that you don't feel able to end the relationship because he's your boss. Is it a small company? Is there an HR dept? Can you transfer to another dept? Maybe post in relationships about this aspect of it.
