It always happens in less than 2 minutes after we've finished DTD. There is barely any time for a post-coital chat or cuddle. I used to think men falling asleep straight away was one of those exaggerated cliches - apparently not. He is mid-forties if that matters. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Apparently after sex men’s bodies release serotonin and opioids and this shuts down the higher functions of their brains and puts them to sleep. Doesn’t do this in women. Next time he does it, he can quite rightly claim it’s his hormones that do it.

Yep, mine is useless moments afterwards. Usually asleep and snoring before I've even had a chance to get up and have a wee put my knickers on!

We just make sure I'm completely satisfied before he's allowed to finish and then he's welcome to sleep as we're both happy and tired. All the chatting happens before and plenty of cuddles all evening, so no need for them afterwards.

It's wrong to try to keep someone awake against their will ! Also, not everyone wants chats and cuddles after sex.

Quite honestly i'd be just as happy if sexual partners left me to have the bed to myself after sex. I'll chat to them in the morning. After i've had tea.
