I recently became sexually active again after a longish period of celibacy. Have had both circumcised and uncircumcised in the past but this time round I find a definite preference for thick, 7+ inches and circumcised. Not an issue if there is skin as I can pull it back to get the same visual effect but strange (to me at least) that I never thought about this before but am now in my 40s.

What on earth is wrong with having a preference? Op didn't say it was the be all and end all.

What difference is it to preferring a man with a beard? Or muscular? Or this bullshit of refusing to date a man shorter than you (much worse IMO).

I absolutely prefer a man to be circumcised. Men can like big boobs, wide hips, clean shaven etc so why can't a woman have a preference for a foreskinless penis?

It's a bit much to accuse the OP of perpetuating the proclivities of centuries of religious practice and to hold her responsible, through her preferences, of forcing future generations of men to have their foreskins removed - with their mothers' blessings.

DH was circumcised by choice as an adult. Men do sometimes choose this because of particular issues. ExDH wasn't circumcised.

If I were honest I would say I too have a preference for a circumcised penis. However you don't always know the circumstances which led to the removal of the foreskin. I would not want a situation where boys were snipped without consent for no good reason other than presumed future sexual preferences of partners.

I do prefer circumcised partners (I don't think it looks better, but it feels better in the mouth to me), but I feel morally wonky about it because I don't think circumcising a child is ethically right, although there is a significant improvement in STD transmission rates in circumcised men.

I have a preference for uncircumcised penis, find a circumcised one feels more like, not sure how to describe it apart from a dildo, whereas plenty of foreskin feels more slidey.

I've only ever discussed this with one man who was furious with his parents for having been cut, very tight, and was looking at foreskin stretching methods and also wanted to know my opinion.
