Kegel weights after a baby..

Hi; so was looking at buying some kegel weights/cones and was wondering how soon you can use them after having baby? I only had my DS2 on Monday but want to get my pelvic floor back asap!

I don't know it makes a difference but had a 2nd degree tear but everythings starting to feel 'fine' down there.

Any advice would be great x

Omg, congratulations on your new b.
If you had a second degree tear, I would suggest you wait until your six week check up before you start with kegal weights.
Go easy on yourself.
