How long can a man go without?

My DH has a moderate sex drive. Doesn't need to have sex loads, but enjoys it say 4-5 times a month. He doesn't masturbate, 'cos he's just not that into and not that sexual a person. So what I want to know is- how long can a man physically go without ejaculating? There was a period in our relationship where we didn't have sex for a year and he did actually masturbate once (yes, once!). I think he had a couple of wet dreams in that time. Re. the masturabtion thing, he'd have no reason to hide it from me as it's not taboo and he knows I regularly do.

DH and I were apart for 3 months at a time when we first got married and its against his religion to masturbate- I think he ended up having wet dreams though. I think he can quite easily last for a month if I'm not there so there is no temptation but he is desperate after a week if I'm there ( he goes to visit his family and men and women don't mix in his home country hence the lack of temptation).

Nearly five years here - and he doesn't seem bothered :-(
