Used to have multi orgazams.
Got depressed last year after a difficult life event and have been put on first citrolopam then Prozac .
I came off the meds for a while recently and organism returned but I got a lower mood . I'm a bit over sensitive in life which can be sad but good sex wise .
When on both meds I still orgasam but with very little feeling or even without pleasure . Gp says this typical with this type of med . Says different types in this group are likely to have same side effect .
So low mood sensitive soul with amazing sex or fab life with no orgasins ??? !!!!!
Anyone else had this and any resolution ?????!!!

Go off sex if dont have orgasins as a rule .
I've been trying to have medication breaks to return to being more sensitive then taking tabs when mood iffy . Not good.

Try a different med- they're all different. Some have made me horny as hell but unable to orgasm. Others put me off sex completely

I'm on duloxotine now and I've found it good

I have pretty much had every kind of AD over the years and experienced many sexual side effects (usually from SSRIs), like inability to orgasms, delayed pointless frustrating ones, loss of sex drive etc. The worst side effect was orgasming was accompanied but sensations of electric shocks through my teeth.

I personally have found tricyclics (eg lofepramine or amitriptyline) to have very little effect/no effect on my ability to or quality orgasm. I am currently on amitriptyline (and am 4 months pregnant) and am very happy with what I am taking, no side effects from day one and massively improved sleep and mood.

I've had low sex drive on sertraline, prozac and now venlafaxine (although only been on it for a few weeks). on mirtazapine my sex drive was normal but it's an appetite stimulant so I put on weight.

Personally, I would rather be able to function normally and have a reasonably happy life and have a low sex drive than go back to the way I felt before. I'm not in a relationship though so having a low sex drive doesn't bother me - I guess it must be a lot harder if you are in one.
