Don't like oral

I don't like oral. Is this normal? I will do it now and then but don't relish it like I did in my early 20s.

I have a good sex life but can't help feel that something is missing.

How can I like it more? Is it ok that I don't want to do it that often?

I thought I had heard about most things sexy-times related, but mouthwash on the knob? Never!

I always shower or at least wash thoroughly with soap and water before oral, and expect the same from partners.

OP I never used to enjoy receiving oral until I began shaving my ladygarden jungle. I think the hair was just kind of muffling the sensation. I now really enjoy it. (And it also feels cleaner and less sweaty in the summer, which is an added bonus.)

I love oral sex and have no rules about how recently bits have to have been washed.

I think that's nearly as weird and unsexy as the mouthwash thing.

After a bit of a suck it tastes fresher if it's unwashed .My dh loves going down on me, sometimes when I haven't showered for 2 days :-o

why is it vile? I honestly don't get why people think it's vile or grim! And I shower twice a day so my standards of cleanliness are just fine generally. Each to their own, that's all.
If it's done with consent, nothing to do with sex is gross on an objective level.

It's vile because After two days of not washing, there would be a significant build up of bacteria. Bacteria smells nasty and sorry but so does an unwashed for two days Fanny. Why on earth would your partner want to lick a fanny that has not been cleaned for two days? I wouldn't want to lick an armpit that hadnt been washed let alone a fanny. Blergh.
