Been seeing dp for few months and have never initiated it as I just don't know how.....I know that sounds silly....my exdh used to turn me down if I ever remotely suffer it so I'm almost scared as that was horrible.

If you're in bed, I'd probably just cuddle up next to him, start running your free hand over his chest, let it slide downwards and cup his balls. Then say "How about it" or "Fancy a quickie" or if you're a more sophisticated person than me something like "I've been thinking all day about getting you in bed".

I would have thought that a passionate kiss would do the trick together with some fondling. There may not be any need to actually say anything.
