Experiences of EHCP support at Dame Alice Owen's School

Does Dame Alice Owens school support pupils with an EHCP well?
I hear they discourage them from applying.
What is it like for them once they join?

3% of its pupils hold an EHCP alongside 10% on the wider SEN register.

State funded selective schools like Dame Alice Owen’s are bound by the SEND Code of Practice and cannot legally discriminate against or outright ban EHCP applicants but these schools receive more applicants than they have resources for. It's pick and choose for the school - I wouldn't have too high hopes.
