School I work in nobody is bullied for what they wear as even their school bags are plain black or the school logo ones (provided by the school). This is a 'working class' school in a pretty deprived area. It's why we have uniform and are so strict with it - I know some people don't get it but there is no bullying over labels and clothes as they are not allowed. No free dress days either.
Obviously there are other types of bullying but strict uniform and no phones makes a huge difference.
