My ds has suffered tremendously at the hands of Cardinal Vaughan. Ds is in and out of therapy years later as a result, as this is quite unusual for the school i wanted to share the experience. Ds faced horrible bullying here, was born 2008 though did not want to share too many details. Initially it began outright with students and then teachers who were cruel and treated him horribly often name-calling, excluding Ds and worse. Ds also claiming that certain teachers were responsible for inappropriate conduct.. though not elaborating as the school is too renowned and I haven’t heard enough about the subject matter. Horrific nightmares about pupils beating him up and recurring fears surrounding those pupils in person. Teachers did not come to Ds defence and instead made a mockery of Ds. He was very much alone throughout this journey and as a result is still learning to cope with diagnosed C-PTSD through CBT and EBT. Ds was always a bright, happy and bubbly kid but this changed entirely after having brought him here. His personality and grades were negatively affected though he is a very very bright pupil.
