So as this time of year we are looking for senior schools for our precious ones, I just wanted to inform you of the above....
It advertises as a kind, joyful and empathic small independent school with zero tolerance to bullying...
It is anything but .... discrimination is rife here, safeguarding failures constant and ongoing bullying is part of its culture since 2009 - check out that ofsted report. If you have a bright neurotypical child do not send them here - there are lots of families out there who have removed their children from this so-called school due to bullying, physical, mental and emotional abuse from both staff and SEN students towards neurotypical students - reverse discrimination if you like. There are some negative reviews on Snobe but then they miraculously disappear and only the positive ones are left ??!!! Strange that..
A truly disappointing, traumatic experience for numerous neurotypical families but if you are a favourite pupil with SEN you'll be protected - Staff take no accountability for the ongoing constant bullying and safeguarding failures inflicted on the non SEN students by those SEN students who ‘have needs’. (Male harassment towards females, physical touch, violence towards females and verbal abuse for example) This school not only fails to teach that disability is never an excuse for physical, verbal, or mental abuse to others but staff also enable such behaviour and turn a blind eye to it all. As per review of 8th January 2026 on Snobe the Headmistress and Deputy are either incapable or simply not willing to address such behaviour and afflicted parents and their children are gaslit and sidelined. The environment set-up fails bright neurotypical students and their families – do not let it be yours! There are other options out there for you and your family, save your sanity and your money and ultimately your family - keep safe and don't give this 'school' your money.
