Christmas presents for secondary school staff?

Normally i give a box of quality street to the staff in the office and one to the sen department. Last year I gave one to ds4's TA as well. This year Ds4 has a mix of 3 people as his TA rather than just 1. Ds5 has one TA in lessons, one he has an intervention with 2 times a week and then he has several who take it in turns to supervise him at break and lunch.

Not sure who to give chocolates to this year. They will all get cards, as will the form tutors and subject teachers for the 3 dc in secondary school. Older dc in college/university will sort their own cards out but will give cards to their teachers.

I would buy the mini Lindt boxes for each of them. 4 or 5 truffles in a mini box.

It’s nice of you to think of secondary staff as they rarely get anything. An email to the head saying how you appreciate their efforts will be well received.

Tbh it was lovely when a parent gave a tub of Celebrations to the staff room “for anyone who has taught xxx this year” always v well received.

I wouldn’t bother with cards tbh unless you already have lots in hand that you can send (rather than spending ££ on loads). Not many secondary age dc give Christmas cards to anyone. Up to you tho obvs.
