Westminster, out of year application

Good morning. My DC is a late August baby, and we are planning to apply out of her year for secondary schools. All our choices seem to allow it, except for Westminster. Does anyone know if the policy is that strict there, or should we speak with the school again?

Thank you. I understand that it’s a general policy for most schools, but they do make exceptions from time to time based on individual circumstances. I’m trying to understand whether it’s different in Westminster and they don’t make exceptions, or whether it could be permitted in individual cases. Any personal experience or smth one has heard from others would be highly appreciated.

Being a summer born child is not and never will be an exceptional reason
