Hi everyone
If you have a DD at Rosebery school, Epsom, could I please hear your experience/opinions of the school?
Also, if you have considered Nonsuch/Wallington grammars and/or Greenshaw or Glenthorne schools in Sutton? We are right on the border of catchment so Rosebery isn't guaranteed but could be an option by August, grammars obvioulsly aren't guaranteed either :) But need to decide on the preference order for the form.
DD is clever, probably about top 10% in class, but definitely not top 1%. I struggle to decide if she is academic - she is fine doing 11+ prep with me, but we don't do more than 30-40mins and not every day, and she will only sit down after me nagging her. So I wouldn't say she is very studious.
She loves sport and is quite sporty, does cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, basketball and cricket. Loves art and drums. Is probably a bit of a tomboy so I slightly worry about all girls school, but is becoming more girly now, with face masks etc, so could be OK :)
Would love to hear your opinions about each of these schools, both good and bad please!
