If you have children at a state school in Mill Hill, please can you give me the pros and cons - the stuff you don’t find out at open days. E.g. gets good results but because most parents use tutors, has a great department but isn’t really used, teacher turnover is high/low, x number of subjects don’t have a proper teacher, pragmatic/draconion ethos, bullying well/poorly tackled. Tell me what you love and what winds you up about the school. Would you pick this school again given the choice?
