Withington Girls School transition into year 7

Any one have a dd in year 7 at WGS? I understand they do an entrance exam to transition from year 6 to 7. Can someone explain this and pass/fail rate

I’m looking to get my dd into the school next year at the start in year 1 but if there is a possibility that she may not get into year 7 and may have to change schools again

Withington starts from year three, rather than year one.

Most girls pass the exam to seniors, you will likely be advised in year four if your child is not likely to pass the senior school exam.
