We are thinking about moving to Horsham for the good secondary schools for my two boys but I understand that some people have trouble getting into local schools if they live far from the centre of Horsham - and Southwater is often mentioned as being a bit problematic. From what i've read, it looks like the families in the northern part of Southwater (ie, the area nearest to Horsham) have a reasonable chance of getting into Tanbridge House, but those in the southern part (furthest form Horsham) don't usually get in - and the boys in those families usually also don't qualify for a place in the other Horsham schools (due to one of them being for girls only).
Do any of you have any experience of families in Southwater getting a place in Tanbridge House and, if so, are there certain parts of Southwater which usually do / don't get in?
