My experience with GoStudent has been extremely disappointing. They failed to deliver on their promises, and when I requested a refund due to issues with their app and unprofessional behavior, they refused to refund even though the problems were their fault.
Despite multiple follow-ups, they continue to avoid taking full responsibility. Is this how they treat parents who trust them with their children’s education?
