Stockport Grammar 11+ 2025

Hi, I am wondering if anyone’s dd/ds has sat the entrance exam for Stockport Grammar school? How long it is until you find out if they have an interview & do they interview all children?

We did! Joining for support 👍 how did you find it?

Our Ds found it ok, we hadn’t practiced for it because it was a last minute decision but he had a great day.
Do you know if all the children get an interview?

Anyone had a 2025 offer yet? I was expecting the email this morning so thinking now maybe we’ve not got a place. X

No, nothing. Maybe they’re going to send the emails last thing in the day.

@RonTheWonderHorse Do you think if we haven’t had one it means we’re not getting one? starting to look that way.
Asked my husband to check the post too and nothing has arrived :/
I can’t see them saying offer day is today and not doing it surely?

Hi, offers go out by email tomorrow morning, Tues 25th, in line with the Greater Manchester Consortium (King’s, MGS, CHS etc).

@Waitingforsomesun really? MGS offered out over a week ago though?

Ive just checked the Admissions page on the website again and it now says ‘offers 25th February ‘ . It said 24th earlier today when I checked and says 24th in the printed guide we were given on interview day.

@Mums37 sounds like MGS aren’t part of the consortium then (we didn’t apply there, I just assumed they would be as the Stockport/Cheshire ones are.) SGS definitely said tomorrow anyway so do not panic!

You are right it did say 24th!

@Hedgey62 yes it did that’s why I thought today 🤣 not to worry if it’s tomorrow then it’s only one more night to wait 🫣
