Liverpool Council's school admission portal: server crashed?

It's been throwing up a runtime error for a few days. Is it just me or for everyone else?

I tried different browsers (Opera, Brave, Chrome, Safari & Edge) and different OS's (Win 7, 10 & 11, iOS) but none worked.

I did TRACERT on CMD to emsonline.liverpool.gov.uk/CitizenPortal_LIVE/ but it wasn't even reachable.

DS1's got his result (Group A) from the Blue Coat on Friday and this is stressing us beyond our limits.

I've just called them. The server located in Liverpool is down and engineers are working on it. I was advised to keep trying and call them again if it isn't resolved by this afternoon.

The one for Salford has also been down/lagging... I heard that here you could do one by paper at a gateway (unsure if you have these in Liverpool?) or request a form by email, could be worth covering your bases. Hopefully your site was sorted by today, however!
