Entering FMSQ onto a UCAS form

Quick qu how is FMSQ entered onto a UCAS form? DS has tried what seems like the obvious routes..thks

I think DS just had to search through the drop down menu until he found it. Sorry that is probably not much help!

We eventually found how to do it..but now I can't remember how we did it so I'm sorry not to be much help too!
