Seeking primary and grammar School Suggestions for Daughter near QE Boys

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well.

My son has qualified for QE Boys, and we're hopeful he will secure a place. As we consider this option, I wanted to ask for some advice regarding schools for my daughter, who is currently in Year 3.

Could anyone recommend primary or grammar schools nearby? We currently live in Kent and are unfamiliar with the schools close to QE.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Are you aware that there are many more grammar school for girls and boys in Kent than in North London?

People might look at Henrietta Barnet, Dame Alice Owen or Latymer (or St Michaels, Finchley if catholic) - but all have very specific entry criteria and I am pretty sure are much harder to get into than Kent grammar schools

I would agree. The north London grammars are insanely competitive to gain a place at- on another level when it comes to competition! Although not a grammar school, QE girls is well regarded in the area.
