Year 7 - Hounslow borough secondary school admission

Hello - I am considering sending my son to Gunnersbury or Nishkam school (Hounslow borough) and would really like to know more about it. Any parents, teachers or pupils out there who could let me know what they think of the schools, the teaching and the general standards, Thank you!
Also, if anyone knows any other good school in the borough please mention.

I don't know any of the schools in that area personally, but had a look at the Nishkam School's website out of curiosity and found the information that from the 2025 / 2026 academic year, the only formal points of entry will be Reception and Yr12, as the school will be fully 'all through', with the same PAN for every year group. This means, if I understand it correctly (the only all-through school I know personally still takes an extra c.60 external applicants into year 7 and is therefore a normal CAF preference) that year 7 entry would be through the in-year application process, not through the normal LA coordinated scheme.
