Moved to Horley a number of years ago on the assumption that my child would go to Oakwood. It appears that it is not thriving, so looking into private options. Have looked into Gatwick - not keen. Anyone got experience of making decision to send to private? Any advice welcome. My child is in year 5, middle of the road academically, sociable. Assume she won't get into Caterham or Reigate Grammar. Would she get into others? St bedes (not private) seems to be very good, and would meet religious criteria, but fear might be just too far away to get in. Thanks
