Hi all,
At a cross roads right now and would be grateful for any advice. My daughter is currently sitting her GCSEs and has a choice to attend either sixth form at Croydon High School (with Scholarship) or Wallington Girls (dependent on achieving predicted grades).
Whilst CH is an independent option with excellent facilities, I wonder is it going to be as 'academically driven' as Wally Girls.
I've heard so much about both schools - good and bad, really not sure which option is best. My daughter is very studious and is keen to take the medicine route. She would benefit from a school that places emphasis on achievement, but at the same time I would be keen for her to benefit from a supportive school community too.
Any recommendations from parents who have girls attending either would be much appreciated. Thanks.
