Liberal schools in the South West?

Asking for a family friend (I'm happy where I am). If you were looking for a liberal/laid back school in the South West for a free spirited and trendy girl of ten, are there any good ones which spring to mind. Can be state or independent. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I would recommend looking at Sidcot school https://www.sidcot.org.uk/] which is an independent school in Somerset South West England and takes day and boarding pupils.
