Anyone know what's going on at Our Lady's Abingdon??

Does anyone else have their kids at OLA? We're becoming really worried about staff losses and turnover. We've recently found out that their whole senior ledership team has either left or been sacked and have been replaced by regular teachers who have only been there for a year. Should we be worried?

We were aware that things weren't good but this is becoming alarming.

Do you have any further details? Where is he going and who is taking over?

No! I was hoping someone on here might know. Surely parents must be questioning the insane turnover of staff.

I understand we are kindly paying him to leave six months early for a touch of gardening leave. Most concerning leadership and misuse of fees.

@SpeckledDoves oh dear that doesn’t sound good at all. As I understand it the acting head isn’t much better and is very disliked by staff. I just can’t work out how things have gone so disastrously wrong.
