11+ results and Independent entrance exam

We are based in Kent. DS successfully passed the Kent 11+ this year, securing a comfortable pass, though his result wasn't exceptional. He's applied to a competitive independent school, where he took the ISEB and underwent an interview. Additionally, the school requires a headteacher's report. Does anyone have insights on whether independent schools typically request 11+ results from the headteacher? (I am aware they ask for CAT scores)

I doubt it- lots of children won't have sat the state 11+ (or have CAT scores).

You need to check the admissions policy of the indie he is applying to. Don't think 11plus grammar school score applies but some make it clear on their admissions policy that they can ask for CAT scores and predictive gcse's. I suppose if it is an application from a state primary as opposed to a prep, SAT scores would be given in lieu of CATs. Good luck with it all
