Hello, my DS is very academic and has admission into both schools for year 9. Does anyone have an idea which one is better academic vs pastoral care?

A family friend recommended he accepts the Dulwich college offer but we are thinking co-ed may be better. Any thoughts welcome.

You have named 3 schools in the title of the thread...?

Thanks I was writing as I was thinking. St Edwards and Kingswood were uppermost in my thoughts, Dulwich not so much as its in South London. Any feedback will be much appreciated

Teddy's isn't what I would consider as a school for the 'very academic' - it will cater for them, but it was on our list as one to look at for DD who is high IQ but severe SEN, as a school that is good on pastoral care and the Arts but wasn't as selective as others.

Of those Dulwich would stand up as one step above. What does you DS think of the schools?
