Royal Russell School vs Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys

Hi, Can anyone suggest which of the two schools is better for Year 7 entry – Royal Russell independent school and Tunbridge Grammar School for Boys. My son has go through both of them and struggling to come to a conclusion. Any help on leavers destination for both would be helpful too. Thank you

According to their websites, term started for new pupils at both schools on the 5th. Which school has your DS been attending for the past 4 days?.

If we go to Royal Russell, we plan for Year 9. And we were on waiting list but have got confirmed at TWGB. So, if we join it'll have to be in a week as we will be slightly late.

RR is not particularly academically selective. Is your ds academic? Where do you live as they are some way apart.

Yeah, ds is academic and has strengths in studies more than sports. We live in Bromley so will have to sort out some way for travel which I think should be doable.
