Does anyone know what % of students get 7-9 in all their GCSE’s?

I’ve looked online but the only info I can find is the % of all grades 7-9 rather than the % of students that get 7-9 in all their exams.

I'm presuming this data excludes igcse's run by the Cambridge international board?

I believe it usually does exclude the igcse

The overall National % probably isn’t terribly useful though as it must vary wildly by income bracket and quality of school, right?

Mainly vary by income bracket and subjects undertaken, - not determined by quality of school but has high correlation to the admission selectiveness of the school.

What is the latest verdict on difficulty and grade standard on iGCSE vs GCSE?

The English Lang igcse this year seems to have given out as many unexpected grades as the gcse Eng Lang.

I don’t know. The original idea behind the igcse is that it’s for international students. I’ve often doubted that they are actually’easier’, I think that’s probably not true. Private schools do them to be outside the league tables and stats and also because the content might be better for the large amount of international students they have. Maybe 🤔

I think the igcse timetable helps so my dc started their iGCSEs in late April with the mfl followed by Eng lit/Lang in early may. It meant their exam timetable wasn't as congested in the weeks either side of half term when they did the bulk of their exams which were AQA/ edxel and OCR.
