Best area to live in beaconsfield for grammar catchment

Hello folks,

I recently visited beaconsfield location and I liked the area and heard a good reputation for the schools and also its near to my work location.

I am now planning to buy house in beaconsfield. My daughter is in year 2 and currently in primary school. I am now looking to buy house in beaconsfield that is in catchment of beaconsfield grammar and secondary school as well as have a good primary school nearby.

please share your valuable inputs on which area should I target to buy house ? 
also if you have recommendation for good primary schools.

Is Gerards cross catchment to any grammar schools in and around beaconsfield ?

The catchment area map is on the Braconsfield High School website, along with the current admissions policy- but be aware that admissions policies can change and if your DD is only year 2 at the moment, you need to be looking at the policy as published in March of the year that she is in Year 5, which will be for her year of entry to secondary school.

You also need to consider what the local Upper Schools are like, in the event that she doesn't qualify for grammar school.
