Bentley Wood high school and Bushey Meads

Hi all,
I could use any advise on secondary schools. I am not very keen on my daughter attempting the 11+. Looking at Queens, Bentley Wood and Bushey Meads. But very worried about bullying and support from teachers as my daughter is a very quite one. Please share anything you might know about these schools that will help me decide which school would be best
