Anyone waiting for entrance results!?

I am so anxious! We only applied for two private schools for year 7. Son did interviews and exams and now we are just waiting...!

One is today; via email. I keep checking my emails like a mad woman.

The other is via post by this Friday!

My partner thinks we shouldn't tell son until we have both results. But if he gets the one today I'll find it hard not to tell him!!

Good luck to everyone! X

Hi I can understand. Waiting for 11+. Expected by end of the week but I can't stop obsessing about it. Hope yours goes well.

I would probably tell on Friday evening so they have the weekend to process everything.

We had one rejection today. His maths wasn't strong enough- very sad! One left to find out...

I would wait to tell him when you find out the second one. If it was an offer, I would tell straight away, but no offer, wait.

@wigwoowig sorry to hear that. Which school?

King Edwards in Southampton!

They gave me really positive feedback, everything was great but his maths wasn't strong enough.

@wigwoowig It's good they gave some feedback but understandably disappointing for you.

Very much so. He did his best and I did think it would be maths that would be the weakness.

Luckily the other school there wasn't a maths test; just English and Cat4.

Fingers crossed for you!
