Can parents apply direct to AQA for a GCSE marking review of results?

Or can only the school apply? (We've applied and paid for one through school but they haven't processed it yet and I've heard they have a staffing issue, so wondering if we can go direct instead)

It all has to be done through the centre. Review requests have a deadline of the end of the month so you have time.
