Hi,

I’m wondering those who been given a waiting list place in an independent senior school uk - how long have they given you to sign the contract?

A week / a couple of days?

Just wondering when it goes the next person….. 😬😬😬😬

Most schools near me had a deadline of 7th March. If you are in a waitlist ring then and let them know you would take a place if offered

Yeah deadline is over - but too scared! No news is “better” news than a no 😬😬😬😬

Was offered a place from the wait list and given 48h to accept and pay deposit. Snapped it up within the hour!

@Ilovechoc12 which school you are waiting to hear? Few London schools already communicated that they are not opening their waiting list. It is always good to ask the school direct where they are with the waiting list.

Hope you hear positive news from the school soon

Definitely call the school and let them know it’s your first choice, I do think it helps. No point waiting in silence. Good luck
