School bus for Weald of Kent ,SEVENOAKS campus

Hi All

We have recently moved in to Tonbridge and my daughter would be starting school at SEVENOAKS campus of Weald of Kent School

However struggling to find a BUS form Tonbridge Railway station to SEVENOAKS campus Weald of Kent.

Any infomation of BUS number would be appreciated.

I do not have a child at WoK but would think it unlikely there would be a bus from Tonbridge to the Sevenoaks campus. I say this as historically most girls from Tonbridge would go to the Tonbridge campus. I would imagine the best means of transport is to get the train from Tonbridge to Sevenoaks, and then get the bus to the WoK campus. I’m sure the school can help you.

I’m Sevenoaks based with friends with DDs at both Weald sites. I don’t think there is a bus between the two to my knowledge. As above, your best bet is train to Sevenoaks then one of the frequent buses that go from outside the station to Weald (the 308 definitely stops there). It’s likely to be down on bus info as ‘Trinity’ not Weald as a stop.. it’s right next door to Trinity which was built first.

DD1 buses it to Tonbridge. There are buses between the two towns but none that I know off that pass Weald.

@JesC, I was wrong, there is a direct morning and afternoon bus, the 402. Details attached. The Quarry Hill Parade stop is the bus stop outside Lidl in Tonbridge. The Sevenoaks Weald stop is listed as Trinity (they are literally right next door to each other on the same Greatness development).

Have you got the annual bus pass? If not, you’ve missed the deadline to receive it for the first day of term but can still apply and receive it shortly afterwards. Application is all online (KCC Travel Saver) and it’s £379 annually that you pay outright or in 10 instalments. You’ll need a passport picture.
